Ethical Dessert Attempt #7: Mini Cheesecakes
Written by Aimee // December 1, 2011 // Ethical Desserts // 3 Comments
A couple weeks ago, I made these sweet little mini cheesecakes.

My sister, who writes a fabulous little blog – Baking Through Life, let me borrow her mini cheesecake pan, which makes cheesecake-baking really easy. I used some of my fair trade and organic baking ingredients, and I followed the recipe I found here (though I did find that I actually needed less graham cracker crumb and more cheesecake than the recipe made, so I had to be a little creative).

In the end, I think they turned out being pretty tasty.

P.S. Check out how the mini cheesecake pan works & see my sister’s mini cheesecakes here.

Well done. They look fabulous.
Oh my, those look delicious! Cheesecake is one of my favorite things. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and joining in on “The Help” giveaway. Good luck!
Looks good and I love anything in mini form. Would be good for me this time of year to help me not eat to many:) I would love it if you could link this up to our linky party going on right now.
